Common Return Questions

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Fill out the return form above within 30 days and click Submit
  • We will send you an email when your request is received containing the returns address, instructions and RMA number.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no administration charges for returns
  • Original Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

Can I return the products without informing you?

  • We kindly request you do not return items without receiving a Return Merchandise Number (RMA). Returns will not be accepted or qualify for a refund without an RMA Number.
  • R10 Labs cannot be held responsible for items returned without prior authorisation.
